Getting a mortgage for your first home or a home in general is a daunting task. Here at Mortgage 1 though, you are guided every step of the way. Jenniffer Bott is such a great Loan Officer and made sure we were fully comfortably before proceeding with any step of the process.

As my fiancé and I began looking for a home to purchase, we also needed to look for a way to take out a mortgage as well. We were connected with Jenniffer, and from the very beginning, we were very comfortable with every step of the mortgage process.

Overall, it's a ton of paperwork and there's a lot to go through. However, with Jenniffer, she knew it all by heart it seemed and was very available if we had any further questions after our phone calls we had. She was very friendly, professional and honest. When it came time to go to the closing table, everything was ready and prepared ahead of schedule by her for our mortgage, and she even came to the closing table with us to answer any further questions (mainly for emotional support though).

She was absolutely wonderful and we wish we could take out another mortgage with her, she was that good!
