Owned and operated by a father and his three sons, Starr Craft Brewery is a true family affair. It all started as a hobby. The family enjoyed brewing beer together, and their first brew was on Mother’s Day. They continued to brew on a consistent basis, always enjoying dinner and taste testing their creations. Over time, their brew equipment grew, and they converted their basement into a mini bar and fermenting room. One day, the family started joking about opening their own brewery. They jotted down some notes, thinking it was just for fun. But when they found a building and location that matched their description, the joke was over.
